Due to a family emergency all semifinalist opted for an eliminator style format instead of the traditional semifinals and finals format. One game was rolled to cut the field in half with scores determining 4th, 5th, and 6th places. A second game was then rolled with scores determining 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.

Champions’ Profile: Brian Ruszala is 34 years old and owns and operates Big Daddy’s Pro Shop at Kenmore Lanes. His significant other is Patti and they have 2 children, Jen and Alicia. Brian has been bowling for 20 years and currently bowls league at Kenmore Lanes. His high game is 300 and he has an 800 high series to his credit. Brian was rolling an Ebonite Angular One that he drilled himself. He credits John Grieco as having helped him to improve his game. Brian thanked Transit Lanes for hosting the event and Dan Grasso for giving him the ball that he used to win. His winnings will be used for future ABT events and bills. Brian closed his interview by saying that he is glad that the ABT is here.
