Match Play Results: In round one Isaac Layton Jr. defeated James Galligan 243-144 and John Fraterrigo defeated John Bolognese 202-193. In the championship match Isaac Layton Jr. defeated John Fraterrigo 179-171. Champion’s Profile: Isaac Layton Jr. is 46 years old and employed as a tractor trailer driver for Conway Freight. He is married to Julie and they have a 13-year-old daughter named Megan. Isaac has been bowling since age 5 and currently bowls leagues at Manor and AMF Airport Lanes. His high game is 299 and he has a 730 high series to his credit. Isaac was using an Ebonite One drilled by Jim Reese at AMF Lancaster Lanes. He credits Dave Lucas, Jim Reese and John Bolognese as having helped him to improve his game. Isaac thanked his wife and friends for their support, AMF Airport Lanes for hosting the event and the ABT for coming to Buffalo. He said his winnings would be used to pay some bills. Isaac said he liked the shot this week; “you could play different lines but you had to make good shots”. CONGRATULATIONS Ike!
