Todd Gehm won his first ABT title by squeaking past Jerry Smith 248-247 at AMF Airport Lanes. Stepladder Finals Match One: Todd Gehm defeated Thomas Suarez 255-198. Championship Match: Todd Gehm defeated Jerry Smith 248-247. Champion’s Profile: Todd Gehm is 34 years old and employed as a driver for Eaton Office Supplies. He has been bowling since age 5 and currently bowls leagues at South Transit Lanes and Tonawanda Bowling Center. His high game is 300 and he has an 853 high series to his credit. Todd was using a Black Widow Pearl drilled by Mike Hanes at Tonawanda Bowling Center. He thanked the ABT for coming to Buffalo and all the members who support it. His winnings will be used for bills and more ABT events. Todd said it was a fair shot this week and that he prefers the separate division events.
