William Witkopf Jr. won his first ABT title by defeating Michael Kwiatkowski 231-137 at Kenmore Lanes. William is 37 years old and employed as a production foreman for An-Cor Plastics. He is married to Amie and they have 4 children, Jacob 6, Kayla 11, Ember 11 and Brittnie 16. William has been bowling since age 8 and currently bowls league at AMF Mil-Sher Lanes. He has a high game of 278 and a 678 high series to his credit. William was using a Brunswick PBA Inferno drilled by Mike Hanes at Tonawanda Bowling Center. Besides bowling William also enjoys baseball and fishing. He thanked his wife for her support and said his winnings would be used for summer clothes shopping. William likes the ABT format especially the stepladder finals.
