Ike Layton Jr. won his 4th ABT title by defeating Russ Priola 262-200 at AMF Lancaster Lanes. Ike is 47 years old and employed as a truck driver for Conway Freight. He is married to Julie and they have a 14-year-old daughter Megan. Ike has been bowling since age 5 and currently bowls league at AMF Airport Lanes. He has a high game of 299 and a 789 high series to his credit. Ike was using a Lane 1 Buzz Saw drilled by Jim Reese at AMF Lancaster Lanes. Besides bowling Ike also enjoys martial arts. He thanked his wife Julie and daughter Megan for their support and AMF Lancaster Lanes for hosting the event. Ike said his winnings would be used for truck repairs and that there was a good shot this week, “not too easy but not too tough either”.
