Booker Wells won his fourth ABT title by defeating Bob Hakes 207-188 at Manor Lanes. Booker is 51 years old and self-employed as a personal trainer. He has been bowling since age 10 and bowls several leagues in various centers. His high game is 300 and he has a 796 high series to his credit. Booker was using a Hammer Venom drilled by Sue Jeziorski. He thanked Eric Laschinger, Eric Peterson, Ike Layton Jr. and Justin Knobloch for their support during the finals. Booker said his winnings would be used for vacation and closed his interview with his favorite saying “holla”! CONGRATULATIONS Booker!Tournament Notes: Congratulations to Bob Hakes who rolled a perfect game during qualifying to break the 300 Pot worth $100.00. Nice bowling Bob!
