*** Spencer First at Airport ***

George Spencer won his 9th ABT title by defeating Joe Doxbeck 242-240 at AMF Airport Lanes. George is 38 years old and employed as a machinist for Elmar Industries. He has been bowling since age 4 and currently bowls in the Travel A league. His high game is 300 and he has an 837 high series to his credit. George was using a Roto Grip Mutant Cell drilled by Mike Mallwitz at Island Lanes. Besides bowling George also enjoys golf and poker. He thanked the ABT and AMF Airport for having the tournament and his alarm clock for not going off on time (George was planning on bowling somewhere else this week). George said his winnings would be used for more tournaments and suggested that we stay with combo and scratch events because they produce better prize funds.

CONGRATULATIONS George!
