Dennis Smith won his third ABT title by defeating David M. Brown 231-218 at Manor Lanes II. Dennis is 38-years-old and employed as a district loss prevention manager for AJ Wright. He has been bowling for 10 years and bowls leagues at AMF Thruway and Abbott Lanes. Dennis has a high game of 296 and a 724 high series to his credit. He was using a Storm Invasion drilled by Mike Hanes. Besides bowling Dennis also enjoys gold and baseball. He thanked Andy Rettig for “letting me beat him in brackets this week.” Dennis said he likes the idea of better balanced prize funds and wishes more bowlers would turn out each week. (I have to agree with that. Ed) CONGRATULATIONS Dennis!
